The France-Portugal Season 2022, a bilateral diplomacy initiative agreed between the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, and the Prime Minister of the Portuguese Republic, António Costa, is to run from February to October. It involves a series of programmes, events and activities, aimed at deepening the connection between the two countries, in several areas, with a strong focus on the dissemination of the modern and creative image of Portugal. The aim in the field of culture, is for this season to promote several interfaces, such as sustainable development, tourism and climate change.
