Miami Beach was the venue for the most extraordinary culinary event ever. In December, South Beach will attend the meeting which will bring together some of the most renowned chefs of the world, who regularly occupy the first places in the ranking of the most prestigious restaurants. Organized by GR8 Group, a leading international agency in travel and events of the premium segment, Once Upon a Kitchen is a unique epicurean extravaganza that will present a menu developed by Massimo Bottura, Mauro Colagreco, Alex Atala and Antonio Bachour’s dessert. The guests of the event-supported by the Forbes Travel Guide – will prove a tasting menu composed of signature dishes of its famous restaurants: Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, Massimo Bottura; Mkrazour, in Menton, France, Mauro Colagreco; and D.O.M. in São Paulo, in Alex Atala’s Brazil. The Chef Bachour, who is internationally known for its artistic and structurally differentiated pastries, will also create a dessert especially designed for the event. The dinner will be chaired by renowned oenologist Roberto Cipresso, famous for creating a special Cuvée for Pope John Paul II during the 2000 Jubilee. Tickets for this unique event are already for sale in the categories Silver (approx. €1,500 each), Gold (approx. 2,500 each), Platinum (approx. €3,500 each) and Chef's Table (approx. €5,000 each), of which part will revert in favour of the Foundation Food for Soul, the charity of Massimo Bottura, official partner of the event.
