This titanic plan was initiated by His Majesty, the King of Morocco, Mohammed VI, who wanted to turn the El Jadida area into one of the country’s tourist hubs. His mission has been accomplished, as Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort is a truly successful project: 500 rooms and suites, several restaurants, a spa, a nightclub, the largest casino in North Africa, one of the largest conference centres in the region, 67 private villas and an 18-hole golf course designed by the «Black Knight», celebrated South African golfer Gary Player.
A Berber tent, intricate Moroccan chandeliers, a starry sky, the sound of the lute and a mint tea poured in a cascade by a smile dressed in traditional costume. This is one of the images that leaps into your mind, when you think of Morocco. This is also one of the many treats that the five-star Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort offers to those who feel like venturing into the Arabian Nights. Everything else is sea, play, dining pleasures, wellness cures and a real change of scene and culture.

Built on a gentle slope over 250 hectares, flanked by a 7-km beach, Mazagan, with ochre walls and green roofs, looks like a real medina. This sumptuous oasis, rich with gardens and dotted with water features, has 500 rooms and suites with views of the courtyard, golf course or the sea. With their Arab-Moorish inspiration, these accommodations are comfortable, sophisticated and equipped with the latest technology.
Built on a 250-hectare hillside, the five-star Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, with ochre walls and green roofs, looks like a real medina.
Morjana, Market Place, l'Olives, Sel de Mer, La Cave, Al Firma, Oasis, Jockey Club, George Steakhouse, Buddha-Bar Beach Mazagan, Beach Barbecue, Tutti Frutti and l'Atrium are the many restaurants and/or bars scattered around the resort, offering an unimaginable variety of flavours. The aim is to experience Moroccan flavours, marked by spices, such as in their unavoidable tajines; to sample flavours of the sea with a Moroccan twist; to catch up on Mediterranean cooking; to travel through French cuisine; or simply to find yourself hard pushed to choose between all the cuisines of the world.

After the pleasures of the palate, there will be plenty to do to fill your sweet moments of rest. Visiting the Mazagan Spa, surrounded by palm trees and orange trees and imbued with calm and serenity, is a tempting option. More conventional treatments are combined with other Moroccans ones, applied by experienced hands, in the 19 spa cabins, or in one of the cabanas that line the beach or the pool.
While children have fun at the Kidz Club or at Club Rush, their older counterparts will be able to play a round of golf at the superb 18-hole Par 72 course.
When night falls, the casino, one of the most beautiful in Africa, makes it difficult to choose between the green baize of gambling or the dance floor. Over an area of around 3000 sqm, in addition to the many games, as you would expect of the largest casinos in the world, the L 'Alias Club, a large yet cosy nightclub, with bars and lounge area and elegantly decorated, offers entertainment throughout night.
The following day, while children have fun at the Kidz Club or at Club Rush, their older counterparts will be able to play a round of golf at the superb 18-hole Par 72 course. Or, if you’re here to attend to work matters, the Conference Centre is the perfect place to do business. With an area of 2000 sqm, which is fully modular, the centre can accommodate up to 1300 people, or 1100 at banquets.
With many awards to its name, for its sustainability, excellence and many other reasons, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort is the dream of a king, who also wanted to make us kings, even if for a few days...
