If you haven’t yet heard about it, later this month, you’ll be able to see the birth of SOLYD Property Developers’ latest project - MIREAR.
Located in Miraflores, just outside Lisbon, the project represents a new way of living and working. Made up of five buildings, the project is divided into three distinct blocks – one for offices and two for housing. The possibility is being looked into to gear two of the buildings towards the rental sector, opening the doors to something that has become one of the most common needs of the current property market.
Developing over an area of 130,000 sqm, this project offers both diversity and a symbiosis between work and leisure. This project represents an exceptional residential option, in that it is still close to the city, but away from the hustle and bustle. The area boasts a wide range of shops, but also offices and the most varied services, as well as nature in abundance, given that the project is located near the Tagus River, Monsanto Park and Miraflores Urban Park. As such, MIREAR might well represent the ideal balance between nature and urban living.
At the same time, sustainability has remained high on the agenda, with SOLYD Property Developers ensuring a series of measures and partnerships committed to sustainability. These include parking for cars and bicycles, with pre-installation for electric vehicles, highly energy efficient equipment, duly certified, along with the onus on choosing materials of exceptional quality.
You wouldn’t expect anything less in a project designed by top architects: the office block has been designed by architect Frederico Valsassina, and the two residential blocks (comprising a total of five buildings, 426 apartments, in one- to five-bedroom configurations) have been designed by architects Cristina Rocheta and Paulo da Gama.
Large areas and generous balconies, gyms, swimming pools, SPA, multipurpose rooms and large green areas for outdoor activities, are more of the great selling points of this development.
Another investment from SOLYD Property Developers, one of the most promising and leading real estate developers in Portugal, which, since 2015, has been making its mark in the country with the development of more than 50 buildings/plots distributed across the municipalities of Lisbon, Cascais, Oeiras, Setúbal and Loures.
