A powerful and smooth engine – the Milwaukee Eight 107, which respects the heritage of previous Harley-Davidson big twin engines –, with immediate throttle response, plenty of overtaking power and a satisfying growl, takes you wherever you want. The new Solo Touring seat has been designed for long distances, since parameters of extreme comfort have been taken into account, so that you’ll feel like being bold in the number of kilometres you travel. To provide a great touring ride experience, the Electra Glide Standard, in addition to the aforementioned cruise control, features all the latest driving and manoeuvrability technologies from the Harley-Davidson Touring range, such as hand-adjustable emulsion-technology rear shock absorbers, 49mm front forks with dual bending valve suspension and Brembo Reflex Linked brakes with optional ABS.
Aesthetically, the Electra Glide Standard features the essential styling elements of Harley-Davidson, such as the iconic batwing fairing, chrome trim, standard saddlebags and cast aluminium wheels. Chrome accent are added in high-impact design areas and complemented by polished rocker, cam and derby covers and blacked out components: a blend of traditional elements and modern trends.
It is not recommended to let you hair fly in the wind, since it is essential you wear a helmet, but it is advisable to follow your dreams of freedom and to expose your soul, letting it bask in the rays of the sunrises and sunsets.
