Mick Schumacher, the Formula 2 driver, will drive the Ferrari F2004 which used to belong to his father, Michael Schumacher, in the town of Hockenheim, on July 27 and 28. Furthermore, Ferrari added that the young driver will drive the car, with which his father won his sixth world championship, both on Saturday at the qualifying round, as on Sunday, the day of the race. This will be a very special moment at the German Grand Prix, which will take place next weekend. The Schumacher family has a great bond with Hockenheim, since Michael won four editions in his home country: 1995, 2002, 2004 and 2006. Mick confirmed F3’s tittle, also in Germany, in 2018. «I think driving this car in Hockenheim is amazing. My last time on this track was to celebrate my F3’s title, and now I'm going to be able to drive one of the strongest cars in the history of F1. It will be an incredible moment», said Mick Schumacher.
