Hyline, music to architects’ ears. Resulting from unconventional thinking, the international brand was launched in 2014. Its business focuses on glass and what we see through it, with its unique and customisable frames that are moulded to the needs of each architectural project, combining aesthetics and functionality. In addition to good manoeuvrability and resistance, the Hyline system provides total thermal and sound insulation.
One of Hyline’s most recent projects was the MTMG House, a project designed by NOARQ studio, led by architect José Carlos Nunes de Oliveira. The company also has a powerful vision for future trends. It is made up of thinkers and doers who transpose their creative activity into the works they produce. Thus, a perfect match has come together, which is committed to raising the bar of refinement.
Meet one of the market’s most distinct and recent projects, the MTMG House. Located in Santo Tirso and built by the company AC MAIA, the detached property occupies approximately 800 sqm, and features unique characteristics, which make this project special, together with Hyline and its idea of light and openness. Set in a location that gives views of the entire city of Santo Tirso, from the north bank of the River Ave, the house provides exciting experiences at sunset. With a futuristic design, it has an indoor swimming pool, an upper floor for resting and, of course, lots of light. The entrance is on the north side and the ground floor is used for social, service and leisure areas. The upper floor is divided into three sunny bedrooms, all with terraces. The courtyard room is the soul of the house, uniting the kitchen, laundry room, guest bedroom, swimming pool, liv- ing room and corridors.

The place that embraces light and minimalism in a perfect harmony
This area provides a cosy atmosphere, with its multiple light inlets and an ideal space for socialising. On the other side, outdoors areas offer, besides the most VIP landscape of the city, a green space, with room to let your green fingers go crazy and great potential for rejuvenating sunbathing. The minimalist lines of the house translate lightness and a contemporary language, thanks to the uniqueness of Hyline’s product. With their geometric structures and large glass planes, the windows are the leading figures of the project’s design.
Made up of reinforced concrete slabs and walls, the house includes thermal insulation on the outside, with rock wool panels, finished off with reinforced lime-based plaster. Inside, the insulation is done with plasterboard walls and ceilings.
Surround yourself with the charms of MTMG House, the house that embraces light and minimalism in perfect harmony.
